Thank you for choosing Triplux Tourism for your travel arrangements. By booking any tour package, attraction ticket, visa service, flight, hotel, or related travel service through our website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
We strongly recommend that you carefully review these terms and procedures to ensure a clear understanding of the policies, booking conditions, payment requirements, cancellation guidelines, and service limitations applicable to your selected travel package.
The Terms and Conditions outlined below apply to all reservations and transactions completed through the official Triplux Tourism website and any associated online booking platforms operated by Triplux Tourism.
1. Pricing
We strive to offer competitive, transparent, and value-driven pricing across all our travel services, including tour packages, attraction tickets, visa services, flight bookings, and hotel reservations. Our online booking system is designed to provide customers with convenient and cost-effective travel solutions.
Unless otherwise specifically stated, all prices published on our website are quoted on a per person basis. The listed rates generally exclude personal expenses and supplementary services such as gratuities for tour guides or drivers, passport and visa fees, travel insurance, meals and beverages not explicitly included in the package, accommodation unless clearly specified, room service charges, laundry, and other incidental costs.
All rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Triplux Tourism reserves the right to modify published prices without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to changes in airline fares, hotel rates, fuel surcharges, transportation costs, currency fluctuations, or other operational expenses.
2. Methods of Payment
We accept major debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as digital payment solutions such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby, and Tamara.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment may be made using a valid debit or credit card, and by proceeding with the transaction, the cardholder authorizes Triplux Tourism to charge the specified amount to the provided payment method. The corresponding charge will be reflected on the cardholder's bank statement.
3. Confirmation of Payment
Upon successful receipt of payment, a booking confirmation and voucher will be issued by Triplux Tourism. The voucher can be downloaded directly from our website, and a confirmation email containing the booking details will be sent to the registered email address.
The issued voucher serves as proof of payment and must be presented to the relevant service provider to redeem the booked tour package or service.
Clients are advised to ensure that all travel details and personal information provided at the time of booking are accurate and complete. In the event of any discrepancies or errors in the confirmation documents, please contact Triplux Tourism Customer Support immediately for prompt assistance.
4. Cancellation & No Show Policy
4.1 Cancellation
- Each tour, activity, attraction, or hotel booking offered by Triplux Tourism is subject to its own specific cancellation policy. Before confirming any reservation, clients are strongly advised to carefully review the cancellation terms associated with the selected tour or service. Understanding these policies ensures clarity regarding refunds, rescheduling, and any applicable charges in case of cancellation.
- Please note that all tourist visa fees processed through Triplux Tourism are non-refundable once payment has been completed. Clients are advised to review all visa requirements and details carefully before making a payment to avoid any inconvenience.
- When booking a combo tour through Triplux Tourism, please ensure that all selected tour options are available at the time of booking. In the event that certain options are unavailable, you will only be able to access and enjoy the tours and services confirmed in your booking. We recommend reviewing availability carefully to maximize your travel experience.
4.2 No Show
- We operate a strict no-show and non-refundable policy. If a client fails to attend a scheduled tour, no partial or full refunds will be issued. This policy also applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, chauffeur-driven services, and other travel-related bookings. Additionally, confirmed tours, airport transfers, and similar services cannot be rescheduled once booked. Clients are therefore advised to carefully review their itinerary and booking details to avoid any inconvenience.
Before initiating a cancellation, we strongly recommend reviewing the specific cancellation terms applicable to your tour package with Triplux Tourism. To cancel all or part of your booking, you must submit a written cancellation request via email or through our Customer Support channels.
Once your request is received, Triplux Tourism will confirm the cancellation via email, phone, or WhatsApp. Please note that cancellations can only be processed through email or Customer Support, and we cannot accept or act on cancellation requests submitted through other means. Triplux Tourism is not responsible for any cancellations that are not received or not formally confirmed by our team.
5. Itinerary Amendments
The itinerary, routes, and services included in your Triplux Tourism package may be subject to change due to local conditions, weather, airline schedules, or other unforeseen circumstances. Such changes are non-refundable.
In the event of itinerary adjustments, we will make every effort to provide alternative options of comparable value, subject to availability. Any changes to the itinerary will, whenever possible, be communicated prior to departure.
Triplux Tourism reserves the right to make minor amendments to the itinerary at any time without offering reimbursement. Additionally, no refunds can be issued in cases of force majeure events, including but not limited to floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
6. Travel Insurance
We are not responsible for any loss, injury, illness, accident, or trip cancellation.
Travelers are advised to secure comprehensive travel insurance before their journey.
Insurance helps protect against unforeseen events and ensures peace of mind while traveling.
7. Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of each guest to carry all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport or ID, for their booked tour. This is especially critical for international travelers. Triplux Tourism is not liable for any loss or lack of required documents, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
All travelers, regardless of nationality, are advised to consult their country's consulate or embassy to verify entry requirements, including visa and health regulations, prior to travel. Please note that these requirements may change without prior notice.
8. Website Content and Intellectual Property Restrictions
All content on the Triplux Tourism website including logos, images, tour package information, pricing details, and related materials is the exclusive property of Triplux Tourism. By using this website, you agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial, non-personal, or unauthorized purposes without prior written consent.
9. Delivery & Shipping Policy
Triplux Tourism strictly adheres to UAE laws and regulations. Accordingly, Triplux Tourism does not offer or provide any products or services to countries or entities listed under the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions. This policy applies to all products and services available through our website and ensures full legal compliance.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising from or in connection with the use of the Triplux Tourism website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This ensures that all transactions and legal matters comply with UAE regulations.
